Places a brief WhatsApp call intended to attract the recipient's attention. Enable outgoing_calls_enabled in the channel settings before using this endpoint. The call is automatically terminated after the configured duration (0–30 seconds, default 5). A successful response confirms only that WhatsApp acknowledged the call offer; it does not confirm ringing or answer. This endpoint does not establish a VoIP media stream.
