Additional endpoint for easy send media-file as message.
Use request body as file and inpath parameters for send parameters.
Media message can be one of the following types:
- 📷 image
- 🎥 video
- 🎬 gif
- 🎵 audio
- 🎤 voice
- 📄 document
- 🎭 sticker
